We are pleased to offer the Frequent Guest Rewards Program for our regular guests. All program members receive additional discounts and privileges in accordance with the total balance spent on accommodations at the following hotels: AirHotel and AirHotel Express (Domodedovo airport), Aerostar Hotel Moscow, Sunflower Park, Sunflower Avenue and Sunflower River Hotels (Moscow), Tourist Hotel (Omsk), Golden Bay Premium (Anapa) and Ramada Alabuga (Elabuga).

Present the member card each time you check in to these hotels as well as indicate that you are a member of the program when making reservations and get all privileges and discounts.

Classic

The card is issued to any customer on or after his/her second stay.

10% discount

on the following hotel services:

Silver

This status is accorded to any member who has spent more than 35,000 rubles on accommodations at our hotels.

15% discount

on the following hotel services:

  • Accommodation
  • Laundry and ironing services
  • Restaurant and bar (including room service)

Free parking during your stay at the hotel

Free upgrades to a higher class of room (when available)

Gold

This status is accorded to any member who has spent more than 100,000 rubles at our hotels.

20% discount

on the following hotel services:

  • Accommodation
  • Restaurant and bar services
Provided free of charge:
  • A complete set of cosmetics and personal use items in the room
  • A robe and slippers
  • A fruit plate upon arrival, compliments of the house
  • Laundry and ironing services
  • Parking during your stay at the hotel

Vip

This status is accorded to any member who has spent more than 200,000 rubles at our hotels.

30% discount

  • A fruit plate and champagne or wine upon arrival, compliments of the house
  • Laundry and ironing services

Upgrades to a higher class of room (when available)

Frequent Guest Program Rules:
  1. Any customer can become a member of the program starting from his/her second stay at any of the chain hotels.
  2. The following terms must be observed to receive discounts and accumulate balances under the program:
    • in the event a reservation is made directly, i.e., without an intermediary (company, tour agency or operator, internet portal, online reservation system on third-party sites),
    • the Guest shall stay according to open official hotel rates (no additional promotional rates, special offers, or coupons, etc., will apply with the discount card),
    • the Guest shall pay for his/her accommodation in the hotel personally (in cash or with a credit card, or a using wire transfer via a bank),
    • when checking in to the hotel, the Guest shall present the card to Reception (before paying for the room, if payment is made on the date of check-in),
    • when making a reservation over the telephone or email, the Guest shall inform that he/she has a rewards program card, and indicate its status and number,
    • when placed in hotels by "Night" rate (cannot be booked in advance) Guest receives a discount corresponding to their status (from 10% to 30%).
  3. The member card is accumulative, and when the next status level is achieved, the Guest is issued a card reflecting this higher status.
  4. The Frequent Guest Program Member Card is personalized and can not be transferred to a third party.
  5. Rewards Program discounts does not offer for group accommodations.
  6. The card may be used indefinitely.

Membership in the Rewards Program does not require any additional effort or expense - the guest simply stays at any of these hotels and receives a discount and other privileges.
